Description
This template is provided in a ZIP folder with an Adobe Illustrator file for ease of editing clauses per client. We recommend that you export it as a pdf and send to your client to review and sign. This contracts includes clauses that cover Project Scope & Costing, Payment Terms, Project Terms & Duration, Ownership, Copyright, Trademarks & Legal and a sign-off page. This contract is not specific to Zimbabwean law and therefore can be applied internationally. However, we advise that you verify the contract with a lawyer in your country as an extra precaution should you be unsure about any of the contained clauses.
